Open “Smart Lawyer” and upload the document
“Upload a legal document”: a contract, judgment, or memo — PDF files only. You'll see “Document processed”.
Ask your question
For example: “What are each party's obligations?” or “What are the risks in this contract?”. Or ask for a comprehensive opinion on the document from every angle.
💡 The more specific the question, the more accurate the answer and the closer it stays to the document's text.
Copy the answer
The copy button saves the answer for use in your correspondence or memos.

Frequently asked questions
The document is a scanned image?
Analysis works on text-based PDFs. Scanned files may not have all their text extracted, which weakens the answer.
Is the answer a final legal opinion?
